Abandoned Construction Site
A long abandoned construction site. An expansion of Nivalis street had been planned many years ago, but the Administration's construction department had left it half complete citing "ghost problems". No clue what that's about. Empty finished and half finished buildings have long since succumbed to the tests of time and have now become a popular hangout spot for the youngsters of the outer district. That being said, it IS supposed to be off limits
