After passing the transfer gate a long ride into the inner district awaits. A long concrete tunnel connects both districts and Adstrum makes sure they have eyes on you at all times. Sneaking in is already a nigh impossible task, but getting through the tunnel undetected is even more so. Maybe you can brute force it?

Inner District Transfer Gate
The only entrance between the inner and outer districts of Neo Aurora. Adstrum guards this area heavily and the process to enter the inner district is long and arduous. Actually getting permission to enter the inner district is just as difficult without the correct paperwork.
